Congratulations for your interest in leadership development.   It can be challenging to keep up on everything in this rapidly changing world.  Not everyone has the time to read and keep up with the current thinking on leadership. I enjoy reading and consider myself a maven.

For 15 years I have worked as an external training consultant working with teams and leaders.  I am now working internally in the corporate office for a large retailer in Canada  This blog will focus on the things I am learning about leadership on the inside.
