Leverage Disaster

People love a good story.  We also love to know that other people are human and make mistakes just like us!  So sharing a story where you highlight your mistakes and lessons learned is even better!

Sometimes people think that it will be bad for business and put a spin on the situation.  All that does is create suspicion and raise questions.

So – where have you screwed up as a leader?  What did you learn?  Start telling that story with a little self-deprecating humour.  It will go a long way.
